Mushroom Chicken  is  one of  Cantonese Dish from the Guangdong Province on the Southern Coast of China.It is prepared by marinated dice chicken, sliced  Zucchini and Button Mushrooms, tossed in the wok with a mild Garlic Ginger Sauce.
